Advantages of the investment’s location
A UNIQUE MICROCLIMATE
Świeradów-Zdrój is located in the south-western part of the Lower Silesian Voivodship near the Izerskie Mountains.
It is a town with a unique microclimate, whose spa properties were already known and appreciated in the seventeenth century.
Local mineral and radon waters, mud deposits, as well as the huge forests growing on the slopes of the mountains contributed to the establishment of spas in the city as far back as 1768.

The location of the investment is no accident – it will be in the heart of a planned ski complex, and in the immediate vicinity of the lift to the Świeradów Mountain, as well as less than 500 meters from the tourist attraction SKY WALK.
GONDOLA LIFT
An important landmark on the map of this picturesque town is the year-round gondola lift to Stóg Izerski, serving both skiers in the winter season as well as hiking and mountain bike enthusiasts in the summer.
Active leisure
In Świeradów, you will also find an extensive network of cross-country skiing trails and one-way downhill cycling routes, also known as
single tracks.
Due to the shape of the Izerskie Mountains, their altitude and numerous flattenings, the hiking trails located there are not very difficult and are intended for everyone.

GONDOLA LIFT TO IZER STÓG (1107 M ABOVE SEA LEVEL)
The lift operates throughout the year, serving both skiers in the winter season, as well as hiking and mountain bike enthusiasts in the summer.
The ski trail is 2,500 m long and has a varied level of difficulty, and is covered in snow in the winter season and lighted in the evenings.
SKI LIFTS
There are 2 beginner slopes in Swieradow-Zdroj, at which there are ski schools, equipment rentals, ski services, parking lots and small restaurants.
CROSS-COUNTRY SKIING TRAILS
The most popular cross-country ski trails include the approx.
20 km route on the Izerskie Cietrzewia trail connecting Stóg Izerski and Jakuszyce.
The network of trails on Zajęcznik, with their total length of 10 km are also an excellent option, especially for those who are starting their cross-country adventure.
Using the tourist crossing (the bridge on Izer), we can continue our ski trip with over 100 km of trails in the Czech part of the Izerskie Mountains.
IZERIAN ALASKA
The Izerskie Mountains are the ideal spot to practice the fascinating sport of dog sledding,
a discipline gaining more and more enthusiasts.
Many dogsledding events take place on Izerian trails, and many professional mushers train here before important competitions.
BIKE ROUTES
In Świeradów-Zdrój, there is a city-run electric bicycle rental which will allow you to explore the mountains in the Zajęcznik massif and around Czerniawska Kopa on two wheels.
For bicycle enthusiasts, there are about
90km of single tracks – one-way downhill runs on 4 levels of advancement.
You can also use the services of bicycle guides organizing trips into the mountains (single tracks and enduro routes) combined with cycling technique lessons.
SPA
The natural resources that are the foundation of the Świeradów Zdrój’s 200-year-old spa tradition are mineral waters, radon, mud and spruce.
Mineral waters act therapeutically by stimulating the endocrine system.
The radon contained in the local air, soil and water positively affects cellular transformations and enzymatic processes.
Spruce helps with respiratory diseases, and mud is recommended primarily for the treatment of various injuries.
IZERSKI DARK SKY PARK
This is the first dark sky park in Poland and the world’s first cross-border park of the kind.
The purpose of this place is to protect the night sky from excess, man-made light, making it possible to observe the stars above.

Viewing towers on Czerniawska Kopa and Mlynnica
The towers, which are 15 and 34 meters high respectively, each have two beautiful viewing terraces. Rest areas and bicycle racks have been built next to the tower on Czerniawska Kopa, which is important given the close proximity of the Singletrack bike paths. The tower on the Mlynnica River has been equipped with observation telescopes, panoramic cameras, and a view camera for viewing the panorama of the Jizera Foothills Mountains.
Year-round toboggan run
SKl&SUN COASTER toboggan run for children and adults with a length of 720 meters located at the lower station of the gondola lift Ski&Sun Świeradów-Zdrój. This is an excellent attraction for the whole family, open all year round!
