We are also a technology platform that automates and digitizes all conventional processes of a hotel operator, including a proprietary Revenue Management method, effective sales and pricing strategies, check-in, check-out, cleaning, customer service, invoicing, etc. What’s more, apartment owners have round-the-clock, full and transparent access to the financial statistics of their apartments. Last year we generated an average occupancy rate of 72% in all apartments! Since the beginning of operations, we have handled more than 60,000 bookings and nearly 200,000 guests. We paid out nearly PLN 100 million in rental income to owners.
